Shipping & returns

How we get pieces to you, and how exchanges or returns work. Adjust timelines and fees below to match your real operations.

This policy describes shipping within the regions we serve and how to request a return or exchange. Update the placeholder timings and fees to match your couriers and studio capacity.

Processing

Orders are typically prepared within 1–3 business days after confirmation (longer during launches or holidays — we will communicate delays when possible). You will receive an email with your order reference after checkout.

Shipping areas

We ship to addresses in Pakistan and selected international destinations where our carrier network allows. If your area is not serviceable, we will contact you to arrange cancellation or an alternative.

Delivery methods & timelines

  • Domestic (Pakistan) — estimated 3–7 business days from dispatch, depending on city and carrier workload.
  • International — estimated 7–21 business days, subject to customs and local delivery partners. Import duties or taxes may be charged by your country and are your responsibility unless we state otherwise at checkout.

Shipping fees

Fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Promotional free-shipping thresholds, if any, will be shown on the site or in your cart.

Tracking

When your parcel ships, we or our courier will share tracking details by email or SMS where available.

Delays & issues

Weather, customs, carrier backlogs, and incorrect addresses can delay delivery. If your order is significantly delayed or lost after dispatch, contact us via Customer care and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.

Returns & exchanges — overview

We want you to love your piece. Subject to the conditions below, you may return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit, or exchange for another size where stock allows.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
  • Shoes must be tried on indoors; scuffs or sole wear void the return.
  • Made-to-order, altered, personalised, intimate apparel, or final-sale items (marked at purchase) are non-returnable unless faulty.

How to start a return

  1. Email or message us via Contact with your order reference.
  2. We will confirm eligibility and send return instructions (address / pickup).
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging where possible. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Refunds

After we inspect the return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where applicable, or as store credit if you chose COD or another method that does not support automated refunds. Processing may take 5–10 business days after we receive the parcel.

Faulty or wrong items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund, including reasonable return shipping where appropriate.
